On Monday 17th February I will be running a Bakesale at my work to raise money for Greyhounds as Pets Annual Appeal! Our doggo Zoe would love you to donate to some furry friends looking for their forever homes!
About Greyhounds as Pets
Greyhounds as Pets is a national charity that finds forever homes for Greyhounds leaving the racing industry. Following the Government's announcement that greyhound racing in New Zealand will soon end, close to 3000 dogs are likely to be put up for adoption to find their new homes.
Use of funds
The funds raised help provide care and support for our foster hounds, rehoming services, and medical treatment—especially for returned pets. Every dollar helps give retired greyhounds the second chance they deserve.
