Raise the profile of the Charity and my support of it

Bay of Plenty

I've been making the Mount a weekly exercise for the last year so thought if I can be healthy while helping others who need support in their own health.

To keep things interesting I'm doing it all barefooted, which is something I've been doing for a few months already.

I'll generally do four trips up and down before going for a dip in the ocean at least once a week.

To maintain the "challenge" I'm looking to up the frequency and see if I can add one or two consecutive trips to see how far I can travel across the 50 day period.

I've asked my employer OCG Consulting to get behind me in supporting this event.

Because I can, I've been going up the Mount a bit already, if doing that can also help raise awareness and funds for this charity then that's a bonus.

Mate, this sort of thing requires dedication, discipline and most importantly compassion, all of which you have in bucketloads.
