Welcome to my page.

Canterbury

Name: Matthew 'The Mad Knife' Mark

Title and Company: Chief Exec, Christchurch City Mission

What is your cooking experience? My cooking is ‘Awesome’, even the smoke alarm cheers me on. So what would your cooking signature dish be? Happy to have a crack at anything, in fact many people have eaten in my kitchen and have gone on to lead relatively normal lives.

Why are you cooking to help disadvantaged kids get a fair start in education? It makes your heart sad when you think of these kids are going to school without shoes. I don’t mind putting myself out there a bit to help them out. I know my team will back me for such a good cause.
