To all of the kind people who so generously supported me in the Bayleys Plate up for a purpose..... see the statement below from the Christchurch City Mission

“We were hoping to raise $100,000 for our Back to School Programme, but it’s so exciting to announce that together you raised more than $145,000.

What an incredible effort. I can’t express how much this means to us and to the children from struggling families who we support to go to school with the uniforms and stationery they need.”

Your generous donations have meant that the Christchurch City Mission have raised a magnificent sum of $145,000 for their Back to School Programme.

I couldn’t have done my bit without your support...it’s wonderful to know that the City Mission are now almost half way there in their fundraising needs for this cause....every little bit makes a difference. xx
