From May 5 to May 9, a team of cyclists will ride over 1,000 km from Nelson to Invercargill in just 5 days to raise funds for the 2025 Westpac Chopper Appeal. Every pedal stroke brings us closer to helping provide life-saving helicopter rescues across New Zealand.
Goal 1 is to raise funds for the Chopper
Goal 2 is to make it all the way down the West Coast, over the Southern Alps, in the one of the wettest months of the year to Invercargill
Goal 3 is to not need to call on the Chopper...
