    Firstly. A massive thank you to everyone for all the funds raised so far for such an amazing charity.

    I am so overwhelmed but the love and support for every one of you..

    Reason for extending the dates, is to allow some more the last few to come through and as it is Gumboot friday, and Mo-vember extend it out to the end of the month

    Hey Beardos and Beauties..

    Thank you so much for the support over the weekend. Was greatly appreciated.

    I(we) did it. 11 climbs to the summit and back to the carpark, and once around the base track because i ran out of time for my 12th climb.. as much as i wanted to do 12 im still rather happy with what was achieved.

    I did make it to the top for both sunset and sunrise although, I hit the wall hard after the sunrise climb and thought i wouldnt make the 24hour mark. Thanks to those around me for picking me up and getting me going again.

    I have to say this was by far one of the hardest thing i have had to do in life so far and am very happy that i was able to experience it.. it is something i will never forget.

    Keep those donations coming though.. we are now over $3100 and would love to make it to $4k if possible. Although the amount has already exceeded my expectations my so so much.

  • Beardos Climb for Hope day 1.

    Day one.

    Four climbs down in time for sunset. Back down at the base for a quick rest and been told to have a cuppa tea.

    Quads are absolutely strung so will be taking the evening climbs slowly and carefully..

    Thank you so much to those that have joined me so far or cheered me on from the camp ground.. its exactly what i need to hear you guys are awesome..
