I am competing in Battle For Life 2015 to raise funds for Suicide Prevention.

I am competing in Battle For Life Charity Boxing Event in order to raise Funds and awareness of Suicide Prevention. The event is on 19 September 2015. For more info on BFL checkout battleforlife.co.nz.
I will do all the training, healthy eating, long runs, sparring and ultimately put everything on the line when I jump in the ring and face my opponent come fight night.

Im involved in BFL because I lost my sister to suicide. Everyday I see reports of people taking their own life.
Suicide doesn't discriminate. It can happen to the young the old, short or tall, fat or thin.
The causes are multitude. Family violence, drug abuse, bullying, low self esteem.
If you need help please reach out to someone or an organization that can help.
Remember suicide doesn't make the pain go away. It tranfers to other people and is multiplied.
