    Today I biked to the domain to mark the end of my fortnight long Joy Ride challenge with the ultimate joy ride - on a miniature train 🚂 How good. The month for Joy Ride challenges ends tomorrow - it has been a genuine joy to see so many people take part and donate, all coming together to raise money for Joyya and the fantastic mahi they are doing.   • Day 13 - To a birthday!

    Today I biked down to my neighbour's house for her birthday celebrations! Look at this beautiful bunch of wāhine I get to share a street with. Final day of my Joy Ride tomorrow - thank you to everyone who has donated to help bring some joy to kids in Kolkata. Every dollar is so appreciated.

  • Day 12 - To the Siave's House

    Today I biked to my neighbour's house, the Siaves. They weren't in, but I still want to tell you about the Joy Ride challenge Geoff Siave is doing. He and his friend David are collectively biking 1000km this month, which is so awesome. They've raised just over $800 so far.   • Day 11 - Bicycle exercises.

    Today I thought I'd mix it up a bit and do some bicycle exercises instead. It was a terrible idea. Definitely brought some joy though. Hope it helps raise some money to bring joy to kids in Kolkata too.

    Big day today, so just a short bike ride to another local park. I'm still telling you about it though, cos even the small trips are an opportunity to support the work that Joyya are doing with kids in Kolkata - bringing fun and joy! That's something I don't want to stay quiet about!

  • Day 5 - To the supermarket!

    Last year for Joy Ride I went on a grand total of one bike ride - to the supermarket. Today I biked to that same supermarket, but this time it was for day 5 of 14 days of rides! #growth

    So appreciative of all the donations so far, know that they will make a big difference in helping to bring joy and fun for kids in Kolkata 💛

    Biked to the dairy - they had a fire last week, so wanted to give them some support. Two for the price of one today - supporting local and global! Got some drinks for my house for dinner. Delicious.
