Blue Barn Supports I Am Hope

Each year the Blue Barn team gets together to enjoy some gumboot throwing and pizza, but more importantly to raise some funds for I AM HOPE.

I AM HOPE is an awesome organisation with one goal - positive societal attitudinal change. I AM HOPE know our youth struggle with distressing self-talk and overthinking, leaving them feeling isolated and alone.

When kids hear that self-doubt and overthinking is a shared experience, they are more likely to seek formal help earlier in both the short and long-term.
