Training Ramps up
19 March 2015Well team, last nights training was the second for the day. It kicked off with a run ( 6.5kms in 30 mins...yes including the bloody stairs). As a welcome back we were then asked to do as many burpees as possible in 5 mins. From there for the next 1.5 hours it was sparing,sparing and more sparing.
The reason my t shirt is in my mount is I need to learn to keep my chin down.
