Fighting to raise money and awareness for The Amputee Society Canterbury and Westland Inc.
Amputation is something very close to my heart, my dad had a rare illness he battled with for over 17 years which resulted in amputation of his right leg, sadly my dad lost his battle in 2016. As a carer for my dad I saw the struggles he had everyday as he learned to adjust to life as an amputee. Built for Battle has given me an opportunity to put my body on the line and raise funds for some amazing amputees in our community. If I can put my body on the line for this battle I challenge you to put your money on the line, help me reach my goal and lets make a difference - every dollar counts .
