Support Caleb by donating generously to Hospice Taranaki as he cycles from the East Cape to Cape Egmont.
Taranaki
Kia Ora, my name is Caleb. The Kopiko is a cycling adventure which I have always dreamed of doing. Cycle 1070 Km from the East Cape Light House to Cape Egmont Lighthouse. Now is the time and starting on Labour weekend 2025 I join a bunch of other enthusiastic cyclists to make my way back home to Taranaki on a mix of road and trail, unsupported over 10 Days. My goal is to raise at minimum a dollar per Km.
To participate in the Kopiko (Cape to Cape) event, we each needed to donate $100 to a charity of our choice. I selected Hospice Taranaki because of the tremendous support they offer to our community members, who face some of life's most significant challenges. This choice is also for my Mum, who dedicated many years working as a Community nurse and Hospice nurse before retiring and has encouraged me to do what I can to support Hospice. In my view, it is essential for those of us who are able, to support those who are less able. I like to think of it as pre-investing in the future needs of my whanau and community.
I have created this givealittle for those who would like to support me in this endeavour by making a donation to Hospice Taranaki. Really appreciate any and all support for this very worthy charity, so Thank you!
