Carlin's Contribution

Over the past six years I have allowed my hair to grow, for the sole purpose of cutting it for CanTeen.

I have done this once before when I was 13. I managed to raise $2500 for CanTeen. This year I aim to raise $7500.

I will be cutting my hair on Friday the 26th of October at Rosehill College Hall 6pm

The reason I do this is because we as teenagers are already going through enough at high school. Let alone having to deal with cancer and to be insecure, about been mocked after losing all our hair to chemotherapy.

Everybody deserves to live there full life. With this money it will be used to get young peoples lives back on track.

By providing them with everyday tools, allowing them to attend appointments and connecting them with people that can help.

I will also be donating my hair to be made into wigs, so that our young people can be proud of who they are and what they have achieved.
