'Casual Clothes Day' at Onehunga Primary will be representing the colour of the cerebral palsy ribbon which is green.

Onehunga, Auckland

Hi my name is Lola and I am a Year 6 student at Onehunga Primary School.

I have organised a 'Casual Clothes Day' on Friday 2 September at my school. This 'Casual Clothes Day' will be representing the colour of the cerebral palsy ribbon which is green. Cerebral palsy is a disability that affects people’s ability to control their movements. People with cerebral palsy have problems like muscle weakness and stiffness, they might also have difficulties with balance or speech. My sister has a mild version, but can be extreme where you could be in a wheelchair.

Please donate to our Givealittle Page. All the donations will go to the Cerebral Palsy Society. This page will close on Friday 9th September 2022.
