We're going screen/technology free for a week!

We've decided that it would be a challenge for our family (Dad, Mum, 16yro, 14yro, 10yro, 7yro), to choose not to use our phones/tablets/I pad/TV/Wii/computers at home for a week, for recreational purposes. We decided whilst at work and school we would make an exception but only if really necessary (and only for WORK/SCHOOL not recreational enjoyment!!). At home though, for a week, we will entertain ourselves the old fashion way using games, playing, outdoors, and prove to ourselves that we can live like many others in the world have to, without technology at our fingertips.

We want to do this, to help raise funds for Orphans Aid International, as we see the work that can be done when funds come in. The looks on those kids faces, makes it all worth while. Surely we can go without a luxury for just one week??
