Climbing the Knob for the Swan Nest

The Swan nest is a Charity that was set up in honour of James Swan, after Nicola Swan and her husband Graeme lost there little boy James at the age of 5 to a rare undiagnosed disorder. Nicola found although they had amazing support and care from doctors and nurses on the inside- there was no support to help their family outside of what they were going through no one to help them cope or process what they were going through. James became very unwell from age 2.5 and lost his fight at age 5 with what was never diagnosed after numerous tests... Nicola and Graeme also have two boys who all together have put so much time, effort and love into the swan nest. There mission is to help provide support to children and their families living with complex health conditions and terminal illnesses. This is a free service they provide to families. All funds raised will go directly to the swan nest.
