A fundraising challenge that hopes to raise funds for the Graeme Dingle Foundation.
Auckland
Calum and I are embarking on a 42 km coast-to-coast adventure to support the Graeme Dingle Foundation, an organisation dedicated to improving NZ’s negative youth statistics. The Graeme Dingle Foundation serves 27,000 children annually in New Zealand through structured mentoring and interactive activities that build self-esteem, resilience, positive relationships, academic engagement, and essential life skills.
On Saturday 16 November, starting at sunrise at Long Bay Beach and finishing at sunset at Muriwai Beach, we aim to raise $100 for every kilometre. Throughout this 42km walk, we will both complete over 10,000 exercises.
Having both faced mental health challenges ourselves, we aim to step out of our comfort zones to inspire others to dream big, highlight the importance of connection, and promote healthy habits through exercise.
To make the challenge manageable, we will pause every kilometre to perform 10 different exercises, totalling 10,080 repetitions. This includes 1,000+ push-ups, crunches, squats, star jumps, bicycles, skips, butt flicks, high knees, mountain climbers, and lunges.
Ultimately, this journey aims to create conversations around mental health, break stigma, and empower our youth to seek help. We encourage everyone to share their stories and support us in making a difference in the lives of our next generation!
Strength to strength,
Massive love!
