Progress for Cook Strait Swim
5 January 2017Training is more intensive with open water training every weekend, 3-4hours & comfortable in currents and choppy waters. With food stop every hour & kayak support. Banana, drink, protein bar, drink etc. Much determination on my part and plenty of support from Manukau masters with intensive pool training and my coach Jane Logan pushing me to be ready for the Challenge ahead. Thanks everyone for your financial support so far.
