Corey and Billy do Burpees for I AM HOPE

Myself and Corey are trainers at F45 Kerikeri. And to do our bit to raise funds and awareness for the I AM HOPE foundation we are going to be doing 1750 burpees each. THAT'S 3500 BURPEES. You may think that's a lot- because it is. It is 1 burpee for every attempted suicide in New Zealand last year.

Mental health affects our people far and wide and we are more than happy to do our bit by showing support to those that are struggling. 1 burpee for every person that thought their time was up, but survived.

I AM HOPE are doing amazing Mahi in our community to help mental health in NZ. With that in mind, our studio will also be completing 605km of biking/rowing/jogging/walking for the 605 deaths in NZ last year and an accumulation of 3500 burpees as a community. This will all go down on the 1st and 2nd of July at Kerikeri F45 studio.

Our target is for $1 per Burpee. We will be sponsoring our first 50 each with $100 of our own. We are extremely grateful for any and all donations provided. As a united community of Kiwis we can break through this tragic situation and work towards a brighter future for our tamariki and future generations to come 💟
