So, Bryden is now in Moscow and after a few days of tests he has been accepted for treatment!

  • We did it!

It was a tough day to start with. Up at 4.15 am, A taxi, a train and a cycle with two punctures before we even got there! Luckily due to the early start we still made it on time, but at the back of our start wave.

Another puncture at 7 miles in the middle of the city where nothing opens on Sundays! So we walked for 30 minutes before finally being recued by the broom wagon, so we were back on our way.

Complete in 3hrs 18 minutes despite the delays, which I was really pleased with!

Thanks so much for sponsoring us and helping Bryden!

So, it is almost upon us and we'll be riding this weekend. We're as fit as we are going to be and hoping it won't be torrential rain like it was on our last training ride this weekend!

If you would like to follow us on our ride we will start at 9.30am on Sunday 30th July and there is a tracker here: http://results.prudentialridelondon.co.uk/2017/?pid=tracking

Chris is no. 92364 and I am no. 92362
