    Day 20: Asymmetric Deadlift 6 sets x 4 reps (2 each side), Brent was amazing today hardly looked like there was a difference in load each side, he started with a 10kg asymmetry and finished with a 20kg variation. ashley

    Day 19: Odd Object to Shoulder from floor or low plinth, 12 sets x 2 reps (1 each shoulder), in the video Simon doing a great job with the Rogue Cyclone bag, this one filled with sand and weighing just over 50kg. I have always been a fan of lifting different objects, usually stones from their resting place to above head or to shoulder, ever since reading Of Stones & Strength by Steve Jeck & Peter Martin introduced me to one of my now favourite words, ANTHROPOMORPHISM - "the attribution of human characteristics to non-human objects" ashley
