Dave Pretorius

I’m the captain of the Praetorian Guards and the Chairman of our chosen charity, Catwalk Spinal Cord Injury Trust. I run because I am privileged enough to still have use of my legs, while many don’t. My daughter Holly has been wheelchair -bound for more than 11 years now after becoming paralysed in a car accident, and so I’ll keep on running until she walks again. CatWalk is doing its best to fund world-leading scientific research which we believe has the best hope in finding a cure for spinal cord injury. Every Dollar counts, and so I’m raising money for both CatWalk and for my daughter’s eventual cure.
