1 December 2014Robert Voss ? Captain Robert (Bob) first represented New Zealand at the 2006 World Short Course Championships in Shanghai, China. He then went on to compete the following year the FINA World Championships in Melbourne and in 2008 he again represented New Zealand at a World Short Course Championships this time held in Manchester. In 2007 Bob broke the 800m New Zealand short course record which had previously been held by Danyon Loader for 10 years. He went under the old record by half a second setting a new time of 7:52.73. Bob held this record for just over seven years. Scott Rice Scott competed for New Zealand at the 1999 Pan Pacific Games held in Sydney. He was also part of the team for the Asia Oceania Grand Prix Series in 1993 that was held in Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney. Scott was a competitive swimmer for 13 years and now runs the New Zealand Ocean Swim Series. Alannah Jury Alannah first represented New Zealand at the Australian Youth Olympic Festival in 2009 where she claimed a bronze medal in the 800m freestyle. That same year Alannah also competed at the FINA World Championships in Rome in the open water 5km and 10km events. She was 13th in the 10km. Alannah now works for Swimming New Zealand as an Education Advisor for North and West Auckland. Tim Bowen Tim represented New Zealand at the 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland. He competed in the 200m backstroke. He has also competed for New Zealand at the 1988 Pacific School Games in Sydney and the 1990 Victorian State Championships where he won gold in the 200m breaststroke and silver in the 50m and 100m breaststroke. In 1991 Tim was the New Zealand 200m backstroke champion.
