Hello lovely people,

Today is my birthday! For my birthday I would like to be able to help give to an organisation who helps lift people up, that is the most appealing present to me.

If you haven’t heard of the Cantabrainers Choir it is a therapeutic choir for people with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis and brain injury.

My Granddad, Andrew, was a proud founding member of this choir for years, it helped with his management of Parkinson’s disease and brought a lot of joy to our world. Now that he has passed I’d like to contribute to the choir so that others may experience the same joy and love.

The choir is run by a registered Music Therapist and a registered Speech Language Therapist, so the members are certainly in capable hands! Their website offers more information if you’re interested.

** I was trying to do this for my 30th Birthday last year before the world turned upside down. There seems to be an emphasis on milestones, so please feel free to picture me turning whatever age you would feel most encouraged to support with a charitable donation :)
