Last year I ran a 10k for the first time, this year I am going to attempt a half marathon in the hopes I can raise some much needed money for HELP.

I worked for HELP a while ago, and the organisation is close to my heart as I know how much of a difference it can make to people who have experienced sexual harm and their friends and whānau.
