Emma's Run for HELP

Each year, Wellington HELP asks the community to 'Run for HELP' and support survivors of sexual violence. I'll be running (at the very least attempting to run) the 10km at Round the Bays in February to raise money to help HELP continue to support individuals and their whānau impacted by sexual violence to move from surviving to thriving. They have a 24/7 crisis support line, offer emotional and practical support through social work, and long-term support through counselling.
