Exciting International Charity that provides care, comfort, play and entertainment for sick children in hospital

Radio Lollipop New Zealand is driven by 240 committed volunteers, donating a minimum of 3 hours each week to hospitalised children.

Linked with radio, the activities volunteers provide are a distinctive blend of interaction and stimulation. Both a powerful and important part of a child’s stay in hospital; supporting emotional well-being, and is key to their recovery process.

Annually, Radio Lollipop supports over 23,000 hospitalised children and teenagers.

Radio Lollipop New Zealand operates in 6 hospitals; 5 in the greater Auckland area and 1 in Christchurch.

We are completely self-funded. We do not receive government funding, or money from hospitals or their foundations, so any money would be appreciated!

Simply put, Radio Lollipop is the best medicine of all!
