Together, we’re showing up to support I AM HOPE, and every Kiwi who might be fighting a silent battle.
New Lynn, Auckland
On Friday, 26th September, we’ll be putting in the mahi - completing 617 kilometres on the Concept2 equipment and 3500 burpees to represent the real lives impacted by mental illness.
In 2024, 617 New Zealanders lost their lives to suspected suicide, and an estimated 3,500 more attempted suicide.
This September, F45 New Lynn is proud to stand alongside For All The Brothers and our wider community to raise both awareness and critical funds for mental health. Together, we’re showing up to support I AM HOPE, and every Kiwi who might be fighting a silent battle.
