The PwC Foundation is hosting an invitation only charity fund raising relay on Friday 27 February 2015 which will involve teams from organisations around Wellington. The distance is approximately 98km and provides a number of options for teams to encourage participation across their organisation.
PWC wish to raise $100,000 to support the extraordinary work of Ronald McDonald House Wellington, The Neonatal Trust and Wellington Free Ambulance.
The relay will start from the Wellington waterfront and will involve a largely ‘off-road’ run through to Te Marua. From here, the Fairfax Media team can choose to either have runners or mountain bikers complete the 18km Rimutaka Incline trail to Cross Creek, before an on-road relay which will take runners to Martinborough.
