Participating in Fitbit MoveMeant Challenge 2022

Nationwide

I’ve teamed up with Fitbit to drive awareness of how increased exercise, weight loss and diet changes can help prevent Type 2 diabetes, and support people living with Type 1 & 2 diabetes.

278,000 people in New Zealand have diabetes and another 1 in 4 are estimated to have pre-diabetes. Both diet and exercise are fundamental in helping to control both type 1 and type 2 diabetes and prevent or delay type 2.

Funds raised will go directly to Diabetes New Zealand to the work they do to support all those affected by diabetes.

To celebrate the challenge, Fitbit is offering 20% off the full Fitbit range. To purchase a discounted device, please head to www.fitbit.com/global/nz/store/dnz/welcome and use the discount code: diabetesnz20
