Last year Freddie and I travelled to Uganda and visited Orphans Aid Imuka Project just outside of Entebbe. We heard the heartbreaking stories of abandonment & hunger, saw the dire living conditions and then experienced the joy and encouragement that Orphans Aid was bringing to this community.
With Orphans Aid International's help families were able to stay together, children were able to eat everyday, instead of every other day,, and some could even go to school.
Hope was restored, bellies were full and poverty was broken, and to me that is worth investing in!
