Weaving communities together around urgent, strategic action on climate change in the Nelson-Tasman region
Nelson / Tasman
The Nelson Tasman Climate Forum runs on volunteer passion and dedication. Thanks to community and Council support, our community dreams big to drive action and help create a future we want to live in and enjoy.
This community-led initiative is open to everyone. With a strong team of community volunteers, we weave individuals, households, civil society organizations, businesses, councils and iwi together around urgent, strategic action on climate change in the Nelson Tasman region.
Current funding supports a small team of paid staff who support community volunteers, events, projects, communication, programs, educational webinars, and idea-sharing.
We are small yet mighty. Demand for climate action coordination, education, and community-building is increasing faster than we can keep up. Many people reach out to NTCF needing educational opportunities, community support, and organizational resources. The day is approaching when we will fall short of meeting these many valuable demands from community members.
Can you help? Your donations support action, gathering, and community-resilience work. This is vitally important and enriches the lives of all our community members.
Please consider a gift today that will expand the work we share to drive urgent, strategic, resilient, and adaptive climate change in our region.
Thank you so much for your donation. All gifts matter, and all gifts have impact.
