Those who knows me know that I have had a knee surgery 6 months ago. After a long road to recovery, this will be my first attempt to get fit and back to walking regularly, as part of my knee rehab.
I will be joining my friends to complete 100km as a team, over the month of March to raise vital funding for our mates at North Haven Hospice. They do so much for our patients in Northland and their whanau, and deserves our love and support.

Very slow, hv to be mindful of my gait as i find myself limping at some stage. Stopped at this point as knee was feeling fatigued already.
