Fundraising for Saving Hope Foundation
Auckland
Saving Hope is a no-kill dog rescue shelter, based in Auckland.
Based solely on donations and volunteer efforts, Saving Hope has rescued and rehomed over 1000 dogs, with more rescued every day.
This fundraising is specifically for an 8-month-old rescue named Jonah, who came in with a previous femur fracture that had healed the wrong way. So far he has had one surgery to correct it, but will need more surgery and hydrotherapy to recover. He is a beautiful, friendly and energetic boy who is named after Jonah Lomu the All Black. Loved by everyone who meets him, dogs, volunteers and foster family alike! Jonah deserves the chance to heal and live a healthy and happy life.
The policy of never turning any dog away without making every effort to give them treatment and the chance for a happy, healthy life means huge veterinary bills which are paid for solely on donations and fundraising.
EVERY cent that is donated to Saving Hope goes to THE DOGS. All work done by Saving Hope is voluntary and they rely heavily on support to continue their amazing work.
I have had the privilege to volunteer with Saving Hope and see beautiful dogs come through with broken bones, illnesses, malnourished and they are ALWAYS cared for, whatever the expense.
Saving Hope desperately need funds to continue paying for these veterinary bills, so please donate what you can. Every cent is appreciated!
Saving Hope is a no-kill animal shelter that has rescued and rehomed thousands of animals to date. Every dollar of donation or gift you give to Saving Hope is used only for the welfare of dogs.
