Tour Aotearoa - 3000km mountain bike ride

On the 21st February 2016, I will start my 3000km ride down the length of New Zealand from Cape Reinga to Bluff. Through rural New Zealand, taking as many cycle trails and dirt roads as possible. This endeavour is self supported therefore my bike will be laden with all the gear I need for the 30 day trip.

I am doing this cycle trip to raise funds for the Foundation of Youth Development Southland. Whose aim is to inspire all school-age children and young people to reach their full potential through programmes that build self-esteem, promote good values and teach valuable life, education and health skills.

These programmes help grow a youth population who are better educated, have enhanced employment prospects, greater self-esteem and are healthy and motivated.

Foundation of Youth Development Southland helps hundreds of Kiwi kids every year. This alone makes it a worthy cause, fit for some of our support!
