Participating in Fitbit MoveMeant Challenge 2022
Otorohanga, Waikato
Unfortunately in life I wasn't dealt the best hand when it came to health, but truly believe I was given it along with my voice, to share my journey, inspire and to motivate.
I'm a busy Mum of 2 young boys, a Type1 Diabetic and also currently battling failing kidneys BUT it only motivates me more to be proactive in looking after my health not just for myself but for my boys.
I'm stepping up in this challenge to raise funds for DiabetesNZ and drive awareness of how increased exercise, weight-loss and diet changes can help prevent type2 diabetes and support those living with type1&2.
