I am lucky enough to work for a company that provides mental health support to its staff and families, and I have seen the positive difference this can make when someone needs help, but not everyone is as lucky as I am.
I turn 50 in July 2022 so wanted to mark the milestone by giving support to a foundation that does so much for Mental Health in New Zealand. Target $5000 before I turn 50. When the target is achieved, or my 50th comes around, whichever happens first, I will shave my head for this awesome Charity. The donations received could provide the support needed to stop someone from doing something much more drastic than me shaving my head. Get behind this awesome cause and give someone hope.
