Raising Money for Waipuna Hospice by completing the MORE FM Mount Everest Challenge.
Bay of Plenty
Hello everyone!
So, like ohmygosh! I am participating in the "Mount Everest Challenge" again this year.
The aim is to raise funds for Waipuna Hospice by climbing Mauao (Mt Maunganui) 38 times in 50 days, which is the equivalent to climbing Mt Everest.. However, it is still a lot easier with having like, oxygen.. and like, not as much snow.. but It is a cool idea and you definitely feel like you've accomplished something great by the end of it. Your bum looks a bit nicer by the end too.
Waipuna Hospice provides specialist medical care and support services to patients living with a chronic, life-limiting illness, and their families. They really need the community to help them meet their operating costs. Here's a link to what they are all about.

If you don't feel like parting with your hard earned cash, that's cool.. I got no beef. But hey! There are more ways you can help. I'm sure you all have goodies in your garage and cupboards you don't need or use anymore. Why not donate those to a local Waipuna Hospice shop? (If you're in the Tauranga area)
AND! While you're dropping off all those goodies, you might as well take a look around in the shop and purchase something. Because..well, now your house is empty from donating everything. Get some fresh threads, upgrade your decor, get a funky set of mugs and treat yourself to some classical vinyl or a good book!
Boom! you have just been charitable AF. Thank you!
Wanting to get some cardio into my routine and help a local charity at the same time. Win-win!
The Mount Everest Challenge is back! Join us and Climb the Mount 38 times in 50 days to raise money for Waipuna Hospice.
