I am diagnosed with clinical depression & have been dealing with my own demons all my life. Only in the past year have I found the courage to open up with those close to me about my struggles. My journey has been a long one involving multiple medications, suicide watch, counselling, alternative therapies, breakdowns, self-isolation, spiritual healings, alcoholism, sobriety & losing people close to me.
Training and exercise has become my happy place & my tool to raise awareness and support for others who are struggling.
