Dropping off the Harcourts Building to raise funds towards the re-introduction of Kiwi Can in Wellington.
Wellington
I have signed up to take part in Drop Your Boss Wellington 2016 to help raise funds for the Graeme Dingle Foundation. Along with a number of other 'bosses', I will abseil from the eight-storey Harcourts Building in central Wellington on Friday 30 September. I am aiming to raise $1000 to help young people - the money raised will go to re-establishing the Kiwi Can programme in Wellington.
Intuitively we all understand that ensuring all kids are given the opportunity to develop their confidence and talents is essential for them to participate fully in society. Failure to do so can leave them alienated and isolated from the world around them, and result in them drifting to the fringes socially. When I was asked to participate in the 'Drop Your Boss' challenge again, I had no hesitation in agreeing, as I feel it is at least something I can do to assist more kids to develop their talents.
Please help me help the Graeme Dingle Foundation by giving whatever you can using the 'Donate Now' button. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot.
