Haircut for East Africa Famine

Food and clean water are the basic necessities of life. Many of us in NZ have plenty and could easily help those in such desperate need. It only takes a little to make a big difference and save lives. $2.10 provides a day’s therapeutic food to feed a malnourished child.

People in East Africa are starving. Thousands have made long arduous journeys to obtain help, but many have died before reaching assistance. Aid agencies are only now beginning to get through into the hardest hit areas to deliver the supplies closer to where needed, but they are under budget and need more money to continue doing this.
