Half marathon to fundraise for Brain Tumour Support NZ

In July 2022, my beautiful mother was diagnosed with a stage 4 GBM, brain cancer. This diagnosis has completely rocked my mother’s life, and the lives of our friends and whānau. She is the light of our lives, a symbol of hope and strength for everyone around her.

I truly hope that no one has to go through the immense pain and struggle of such a diagnosis. However, in the case of diagnosis, Brain Tumour Support NZ provides a range of support for individuals and their loved ones during this time.

I am walking the Auckland Half Marathon to fundraise for the organisation and to raise Brain Tumour awareness.
