Harcourts Gloves Up for Gumboots — raising funds for Gumboot Friday to support youth mental health in our community.
Nelson
At Harcourts Nelson & Richmond, our 1st core value is putting 'People First' - and that means standing up for the wellbeing of our youth. That’s why we’ve launched 'Gloves Up for Gumboots', a corporate boxing night raising funds for Gumboot Friday and I Am Hope, helping young people across Aotearoa access free, timely mental health support.
Over the 12 weeks leading up, local contenders from all walks of life will step out of their comfort zones, train hard, and step into the ring on Thursday 7 November at the Rutherford Hotel, Nelson. Every jab, drop of sweat, and bruise will be in honour of a cause bigger than themselves: breaking down the barriers to mental health care for our young people.
The event is already sold out, but the impact doesn’t stop there - that’s where you come in. Your donation, big or small, goes directly to Gumboot Friday, helping provide free counselling sessions for kids and teens in need.
We’re proud to champion this initiative, but we can’t do it alone. Please back our fighters, back our youth, and back the future of our community. Together, we can punch above our weight and make a real difference.
💙 100% of funds raised on this page go directly to Gumboot Friday.
💙 Every $138 raised = 1 FREEcounselling session for a young person.
