    Daylight savings is here and its sounds like three of us have been getting on our bikes twice a week- Shona is riding camels in the dessert but rest assured she will be back on the bike in November- nothing like a short training effort but Shona is always a trouper and will be well rested from her holiday! Still 2 months to go.... we can do it!

    Well, we went for our first traning ride yesterday- 29km in 2 hours... now all we need to do is add another 11km into 2 hours ten minute time limit and we will meet the check in deadlines for the relay at Taupo.... hmmm, more training is on the cards?!
