I need your help to give a voice to Kiwi kids with Down syndrome!
Auckland
Hi, my name is Lily Mae and I need your help to give Kiwi kids the gift of speech!
I’m raising money for UpsideDowns Education Trust, a great charity that provides speech and language therapy for kids and young people with Down syndrome. This helps them learn to speak, read, write, and have a great life.
I have been a member of UpsideDowns since I was a baby. I am now 21 and I perform in dance showcases, act on stage and screen, do public speaking, and live an amazing life! I am able to do this because the speech and language therapy the Trust provides has helped me communicate clearly, be understood, and ask questions when I need to.
Speech and language therapy is really expensive and UpsideDowns supports more than 300 kids around New Zealand. So I’m trying to help them reach their $25,000 fundraising goal by 3 December.
Please help me give a voice to all Kiwi kids with Down syndrome.
