To provide HUHA with ongoing financial support so they can continue to assist the Australian bushfire animals and carers in need.
Nationwide
HUHA has deployed a team of volunteer Vets, Vet Nurses, Builders and other support people to Australia to assist locally based independent wildlife rehabers.
Their mission is to assist the animals and their rehabers anyway they can.
This fund is to ensure that our volunteers can get to the places where they most needed. It will contribute to the ongoing logistical costs of moving our team to and from, and around Australia and to support their mission.
For example, to fly the team of 9 to Australia, and rent a motor-home for 2 weeks has cost HUHA over $10,000. This will be an ongoing expense for HUHA as team members are rotated in and out.
If they can't get there, they can't help, and their help is most definitely needed.
Check out the HUHANZ facebook page for updates.
Any donation is greatly appreciated!
I have been a volunteer and big supporter of HUHA for many years. I created this givealittle page to support the amazing work HUHA does, and to try and help by providing ongoing financial support for HUHA's amazing volunteers on the ground in Australia.
