Getting Real!
22 September 2022Kia ora te whānau,
We have decided to lower our target goal to $5000. In hind sight we may have been a bit too ambitious given the rising costs for us all out there!
So, from this campaign we are now just asking for $5000. Everyday this week we have had emails in our inbox asking when our scholarships will be announced, there are young musicians so keen to come but unable to pay the participation fee.
We already subsidies the fee about 20% to make our camps as equitable from the outset. However, we know that there are many whānau out there that even $600 for a 10 day camp is too much. We want that those whānau can still access this experience.
That is why we need your support!
Please donate what you can and let your friends and whānau know too!
