Tobi and Sarah should feel no guilt to have been 'rescued' by us people, who can see the 'snakes' slithering from their obligations AND THAT WAS TO BE HONEST TO THE HOUSE BUYER. They knew there was a problem. Tobi and Sarah now, do not have to waste any more of their money and time on lawyers. They can just get on with their family.
