I AM HOPE Saves Lives.

Combating mental health and it's stigma is about demolishing the barriers we have to get help and support.

Here in Central Otago support is essential and sadly our suicide rates are high and as we live rurally we have very limited services.

Every member of our Club know someone affected by suicide or Depression.

Get behind us Guys.
