For 15 years in a small way we have given to those in need ,plus running to raise money for organizations like St John, and Salvation Army, Otago Rescue Helicopter Trust.
So on Saturday September 6th I will run the SCENIC CIRCLES Backyard Ultra and run until I cannot anymore for this fine young lady SOPHIE CLIBBORN in her time of NEED 😃i

Happy Father's day
Did not go well .Was unwellfrom the get go. Had The shakes going up the first hill so when I got a bleeding nose,the pin was pulled after 5 laps A Huge Thankyou to Jesse Kempf who helped me immensely and well done to him for completing 100km.
And my mate Ren for all his help and encouragement. Great organized event, tough course which kept everyone honest.
2 left as lwrite completing there 30th yard or lap It was a little disappointing after training so well over the winter for this ,burt as they say theres always another day and its been a big couple of weeks for our family.
